Job Purpose

Deli South Africa (Pty) Ltd is a leading stationery and office supplies wholesaler dedicated to delivering quality products and efficient service to our customers.

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser that will ensure that Deli South Africa's products are attractively displayed, correctly stocked, and consistently represented across various retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail stores to ensure Deli South Africa products are adequately stocked and replenished. Arrange and merchandise products according to company guidelines, planograms, and brand standards. Ensure correct product placement, visibility, and overall presentation in-store. Set up and maintain promotional displays, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Monitor stock levels on shelves and liaise with store staff and internal teams where replenishment is required. Ensure pricing, labels, and promotional materials are accurate and clearly displayed. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and retail staff. Submit visit reports, including photos and feedback, after store visits.

Requirements & Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, or a similar role will be advantageous. Valid South African driver's licence is a mandatory requirement. Willingness and ability to travel to various retail locations as part of daily duties. Strong visual awareness and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
