Virtual Sales Account Manager - JhbMain purpose of the role:To maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by driving New Acquisitions and Upgrades as well as reduce churn. This role will exercise your abilities in both as a Hunter and a Farmer within the mobile space. You should work to satisfy customer needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver an overall positive customer experience. Achievement of Sales targets and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.Duties and responsibilities:Target Achievement:Achieve individual sales target for new business and retentions/upgradesCold calling:Ability to acquire new clientsAbility to up-sell and crossxe2x80x93sellStrong focus on acquisitionsCustomer Relationship management:Responsible for developing relationships with the assigned customer baseMaintain and grow existing client baseConduct customer account analysisMaintain, build and service relationships on a regular basisQuery management:Identify, address and resolve concerns / queriesProvide feedback to customers within 24hrReporting:Provide weekly pipeline reportProvide daily activity and sales reportMonthly Base report to be providedProcesses and Procedures:Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered toEnsure all interactions are captured on the relevant systems in the approved manner Minimum qualifications and experience required:Matric / Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum)Proficient in MS Office (All packages)No Criminal RecordMust have 1 xe2x80x93 2 years mobile/telecoms experienceMust have at least 1-2 years' Experience as a B2B sales executive/Account manager within the Telecommunications industry (ICT, Fixed lines etc) however mobile experience will be an advantageProven track record in the form of Commission and/or Awards, Accolades, Historic Target AchievementsCandidate profile:Candidate needs to be a vibrant individual that will adapt to the already-existing energetic and fast paced environmentStrong Sales ability coupled with business acumenExcellent presentation skillsCommunication skillsDecision making skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsTime management skillsAbility to formulate, set and manage goals and objectivesAbility to cope with high pressure levels and manage stress effectivelyExcellent telephone and email etiquetteStrong relationship building, account planning and process competence skillsTelecommunications product and industry knowledgeSalary information:A lucrative commission structure with basics up to R18K depending on skill, experience and proof of income.Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)NB: Thank you for choosing Talksure as your employer of choice.
