Role Overview
To provide hyper-efficient administrative and production support to the Executive Editor and senior leadership team of a business-to-business information specialist that provides news, events, jobs and data to the markets it serves. The Virtual Producer/PA acts as a concierge for event logistics, speaker management and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Speaker Management: Assist with conference programmes and speaker acquisition, including liaison with C-Suite professionals
Administrative Coordination: Act as an "appointment setter" and "admin follow-upper" to ensure project milestones are met.
Customer Support: Manage the customer service portal within Dynamics, handling invoicing, processing information, and redirecting enquiries to the correct internal departments.
Project Tracking: Maintain and update project plans to ensure the business remains super efficient and is always on schedule.
Candidate Requirements
Must be organised, efficient and possess a pleasant professional demeanour.
Strong oral and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within digital platforms such as Dynamics and potentially assist with administrative data processing.
A strong work ethic with a focus on monitoring, controlling and supporting tasks to full and timely completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R150,00 - R250,00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
