In this fully remote role, you'll be a trusted right-hand to executives, managing calendars, coordinating across departments, handling sensitive communications, and keeping operations running efficiently. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity, and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Draft and manage internal and external communications, including emails, contracts, NDAs, and other official documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, manage logistics, and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple time zones.
Organize and maintain records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring information is up to date and confidential data is handled securely.
Monitor task progress and manage executive workflows, escalating issues where necessary.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, on behalf of executives.
Anticipate the needs of leadership and proactively solve problems before they arise.
