We are a high-performing UK estate agency seeking a confident and results-driven Virtual Estate Agent to focus on sales, lettings, and lead generation. This is a remote, phone-based role suited to someone with estate agency experience who can convert leads, drive appointments, and provide excellent client communication.
This role is commission-incentivised and designed for someone who thrives on performance and relationship-building, not admin.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Handling & Appointment Booking
Respond quickly to
email and portal enquiries
Qualify leads and book
market appraisals and viewings
Register new applicants and send tailored
property matches
Call all enquiries to
arrange appointments and convert opportunities
Generate
mortgage appointments
and
solicitor quotes/referrals
Lead Nurturing & Conversion
Make outbound calls to:
Follow up on instant valuation leads
Re-engage past market appraisals
Convert warm or lapsed vendor/landlord opportunities
Viewing Feedback & Client Communication
Contact applicants after every viewing to obtain
detailed, price-related feedback
Communicate all feedback clearly and promptly to the seller or landlord
Maintain ongoing rapport with applicants and clients to support instructions
Referencing Support
Assist with the
collection of referencing documentation
where needed
What You'll Need
Proven experience in UK estate agency (sales and/or lettings)
Confident making outbound calls and converting leads
Excellent English, both spoken and written
Commercial mindset with a natural ability to upsell
Highly organised, with strong time management

Pay: R21000,00 - R26000,00 per month
