Virtual Assistant (Recruitment Operations) - Remote (South Africa)

Pay:

From 17,000 ZAR per month

Hours:

Full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (core hours aligned to UK time)

About the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Virtual Assistant

to support the day-to-day operations of our recruitment business. This role is ideal for someone reliable, proactive, and highly process-driven, who is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.


You will be responsible for managing job intake, mapping opportunities, handling data input, and supporting process automation across platforms such as Recruiterflow, Dripify, Zapier, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Manage job intake into

Recruiterflow (ATS)

. Post vacancies on LinkedIn and search job boards for suitable candidates. Map live jobs from client websites, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Complete accurate data input and tag candidates/contacts correctly (title + location). Maintain and update SOPs using

Google Docs

and

Loom

. Support light automation tasks (e.g. DripifyRecruiterflow via Zapier).

Requirements & Competencies

Excellent written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-led approach. Experience with ATS/CRM systems (ideally

Recruiterflow

). Familiarity with

Zapier, LinkedIn, Dripify, and Indeed

. Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working to KPIs. Confident using

Teamlogger

or similar tracking software. Must work exclusively for

SGS Care and its subsidiary businesses

.

Tools Required

Laptop (Intel i5+, 8GB+ RAM minimum). Stable internet (5 Mbps+ with backup connection). Webcam, headset, and a quiet, professional workspace.
