Job Description


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in a part-time capacity. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in managing communications, enhancing productivity, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Check and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Manage the CEO's LinkedIn profile, including outreach and networking activities.
  • Client Call Support: Attend client calls to take detailed notes, track action items, and assist in follow-up activities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties as required, including scheduling, organizing documents, and other tasks to support the CEO.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (In English)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in managing professional social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Availability to attend client calls, sometimes outside of standard business hours.
  • Must be available to work Pacific Standard USA hours.
