Description

• Overseeing the daily operational and administrative functions of the practice.
• Managing and supporting staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Ensuring compliance with practice policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Maintaining excellent client service standards and handling client queries or concerns professionally.
• Supporting financial and stock control processes, including budgeting and ordering.
• Working closely with the veterinary team to create an efficient, positive, and collaborative work environment.
• Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in the veterinary field
• Greet and assist clients with a welcoming smile
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle payments and financial transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
