A predominantly Small Animal practice with occasional Exotic and Avian patients has an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified or Experienced Veterinarian to become part of their team. You will work alongside a passionate Veterinarian with Avian and Exotic experience and a loyal team with ample support.

Description
- Ensure all team members provide quality and ethical care to all clients and their pets.
- Assess and examine and diagnose patientsxe2x80x99 medical issues.
- Perform surgery, dress and treat wounds.
- Perform diagnostic laboratory, imaging and ultrasound testing where required.
- Prescribe medication.
- Promote preventative care by advocating and administering routine vaccinations and immunisations.
- Educate clients on positive lifestyle choices for pets.
- Euthanise patients if and when needed.
- Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain patientsxe2x80x99 medical records.
- BVSc Degree
- SAVC Registration
- Updated CPD Points
- Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Writing
- Relationship Building Abilities AND A LOVE FOR ANIMALS
- Sales Skills will be an advantage
- Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
