Our Client, a Leading Venture Capital firm currently in search of a highly organised, resourceful, creative and solutions driven professional with an eye for detail.
You will work closely with the investment team and be at the forefront of venture capital within South Africa.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Review of daily NAV packs to ensure accurate and complete resolution of the entire fund accounting process
- Liaison with investors and fund managers to resolve queries
- Be responsible for capital drawdown / distribution process
- Oversee and review the Fund Financial Statement process
- Draw up and manage the quarterly investment reports
- Compile the Annual ESG report and manage the process accordingly
- Qualified CA (SA) OR Finance Degree (equivalent), completed articles (preference financial services)
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 work experience in reviewing private equity fund NAV packs is essential
- Relevant experience gained within the Venture Capital and / or Private Equity arena
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Possess creative report writing skills
