Duties

Configuration, troubleshooting and repairs of tracking units Configuration, troubleshooting and repairs of dash cameras Setting up of clients platforms, reports and email alerts Investigate missing or inaccurate data from tracking devices Investigate missing or inaccurate data from dash cameras Investigate reasons why tracking units or dash cameras are not reporting to the server Providing training on the software platforms for clients and internal staff Enabling, configuration and testing of panics, immobilizers, canbus and wireless sensors Developing API's and SDK's for clients external programs Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs or performance issues. Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

Vast knowledge on API's and SDK's (Required) Vast knowledge on Wialon Platform and Apps (Required) Vast knowledge on Teltonika Products (Required) Vast knowledge on Calamp and Gosafe Products Vast knowledge on Canbus (Required) Vast knowledge on Dash Cameras (Required) Vast knowledge of Listner
