We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Vehicle Sales Trainees. As a Vehicle Sales Trainee, you will receive on-the-job training and support to develop your skills and knowledge in vehicle sales.



Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles Build and maintain relationships with customers Conduct test drives and walkaround presentations of vehicles Learn about the features and specifications of the vehicles in our inventory Assist with sales negotiations and closing deals Complete paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or customer service experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Team player with a positive attitude Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and develop new skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
