You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of pre-owned vehicles -- from prospecting and client engagement to finalizing the sale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle sales, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell quality pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers
Manage the full sales process - from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features confidently
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
Follow up on leads and ensure exceptional post-sale service
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, products, and pricing
Ensure all finance and delivery paperwork is accurately completed
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals
Skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
Proven closing skills with a customer-centric approach
Target-driven and self-motivated
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Knowledge of dealership CRM systems (advantageous)
Professional and presentable
