Minimum Requirements
Education:
Matric certificate (Grade 12) - essential.
Passion for Automobiles:

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Sales Cadet, you will undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in selling vehicles while providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Product Knowledge:
Gaining in-depth knowledge of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively showcase and highlight their advantages to potential customers.
Sales Techniques:
Learning and implementing effective sales strategies to build relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process.
Customer Service:
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout their vehicle buying journey.
Lead Generation:
Proactively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, such as referrals, cold-calling, and networking events.
Sales Presentations:
Conducting engaging and informative vehicle presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of each model.
Negotiation and Closing:
Mastering negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers and successfully closing sales deals.
