Job Description

VEHICLE SALES ADMINISTRATOR / EAST LONDON - Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to fill the above vacancy, The successful Candidate will be responsible for bringing the vehicles into stock on the system, capturing of Vin numbers, and assisting with applications and other sales administration tasks.
Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (not negotiable)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Office Administration
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A problem solver who is target and deadline driven
  • Excellent numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and maintain process time frames
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels in English
  • Must be willing to work alternate Saturday mornings
  • Own reliable transport, preferably with a driver's license
  • Salary - Market related
