Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
Accessory Fitment Technician
to join our team. You'll be responsible for the professional installation of vehicle accessories - including roller shutters, canopies, bin liners, rails, and other bakkie/truck components - to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Install a range of vehicle accessories on bakkies and other vehicles. Ensure all installations meet company and safety standards. Conduct quality checks before and after fitment. Assist with basic fault finding and repairs of installed units. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Liaise with clients in a professional manner when required. Report any installation issues or defects to management. Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accessory or automotive fitments. Basic mechanical knowledge and use of hand/power tools. Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Physically fit and able to lift equipment. Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented. Driver's license (code B or higher) an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
