CONTEXT | THE ROLE

We're looking for a talented UX Writer to join our team and shape the voice of our products. As a UX Writer, you'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to craft clear, consistent, and engaging copy that helps users navigate and understand our applications with ease.



This role goes beyond just writing words--you'll advocate for the user, define product tone and style, and ensure every interaction feels human and purposeful.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES | THE WHAT & THE HOW

The Essentials

Write, edit, and refine microcopy across user interfaces, including buttons, error messages, onboarding flows, help text, tooltips, and notifications. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to align copy with product goals and user needs. Develop and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistent voice and tone across all products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate and improve content. Translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly language. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all written content. Partner with marketing and communications teams to align product voice with brand messaging.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or related role in a tech or product environment. Strong portfolio showcasing digital product copy (microcopy, error states, onboarding, etc.). Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and editing skills. Experience working within design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborating in agile product teams. Ability to balance creativity with clarity, ensuring copy is both engaging and functional. Understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive language practices. * Experience in software development environments, SaaS products, or B2B platforms.
