Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all used vehicle sales activities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Manage stock levels, pricing, and trade-ins
Ensure compliance with dealership processes and standards
Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
