Conduct regular customer visits as per call cycle.
Plan a call cycle - minimum 20 calls per call cycle.
Supply information to update the database - minimum input 20 customers per month.
Follow up on all quotations to finalise the deal.
Negotiate trade in prices in conjunction with Sales Manager.
Keep customers up to date on progress of deals until completion of the deal.
Follow implemented procedures for effective handover to customer.
Obtain signed release notes from customers for payment purposes.
Collect payment for Truck /Bus from the bank.
Update customer files in conjunction with the Vehicle Sales Administrator.
Submit lost business report to management.
Fully document demonstrations in conjunction with the Vehicle Sales Administrator.
