Position Overview:

This internship offers a comprehensive learning opportunity for passionate photography graduates. Over a period of 3 months, the intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of photography, from technical skills to studio management, and will be involved in all stages of the photography process.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography and Editing: Learn how to shoot and edit professional images for various projects, building your portfolio. Studio Operations: Assist in keeping the studio organized and help manage day-to-day operations. Data Management: Learn the importance of backing up, preserving, and organizing photos, ensuring all data is safely stored. Equipment Handling: Gain experience in setting up and maintaining photography equipment. Portfolio Development: Build and refine your photography portfolio under the guidance of experienced photographers. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks and learn the workflow of a professional studio.
Requirements:

Educational Background: Photography graduates or students who have majored in studio photography. Location: Must be based in or around the Randburg area for easy access to the studio. Weekend Availability: Must be able to commit to training and working on weekends as needed. Desire to Learn: A strong willingness to learn all aspects of photography, studio work, and data management. Application Materials: A portfolio of your best 20 images. A 1-page updated CV.
