Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Registered with SANC
Post-basic qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing Science is essential
A minimum of 35 years experience in a theatre environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
Proven track record in operational theatre management and staff leadership
Strong decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage budgets, quality assurance, infection control, and theatre scheduling effectively
