Be in possession of a NQF 7 Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma or National Diploma in Security Management or Law Enforcement related qualification
Have at least 10 years experience in the intelligence or research field of which 5 years should have been at a management level
Have experience and advanced knowledge in the application of digital security and information platforms
Have strong business analysis experience
Have experience in drafting high level special and periodical reports
Have a proven track record in the collection of security risk information and a clear understanding of the collection process
Be in possession of a valid drivers license
Successfully undergo a screening and verification process, as well as credit and criminal record checks, and other assessment
Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Occupational Health Centre

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the gathering and dissemination of information to apply during the management process
Prepare documents, policies, and procedures to regulate the CIMU Business Intelligence and Assurance functions and the interaction with SSW
Conceptualise, design, and integrate the Online Intelligence (CiiMs) platform with complementary SSW systems and external system of service providers
Prepare documentation, complete administrative tasks and manage the screening and vetting activity
Driving efficiency in the Central information Management Unit by way of effective processes, automation and integration
Managing special assignments and information collection and collation projects
Work effectively with the teams to achieve the best performance

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross-functionally
Sourcing, contracting and negotiating with service providers
Collaborating with external service providers regarding the design and implementation of tools to enhance processes
Managing the finances and budget of the unit to achieve organisational objectives
Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of organisational development plans and initiatives
Assist with organisational initiatives as to international responsible sourcing principles
Participate in risk assessments and investigate and take appropriate action as per identified risks
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
