Job Description
Our client, a leading private hospital is seeking a skilled Unit Manager for the Emergency Unit. This role involves overseeing the units operations, leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality emergency care.
Requirements:
SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
Post Basic qualification in Trauma Nursing
Minimum 3 years experience as an Emergency Unit Manager
Thorough knowledge of emergency nursing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
Strong understanding of scientific nursing processes and BCA bundles
Experience with Kronos system for staff scheduling
Excellent leadership, organisational, and planning skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Self-disciplined, professional role model for the team
