To provide reliable, accurate and efficient support to the underwriting operations team.
Requirements
- Matric
- 6 xe2x80x93 12 months administrative role experience
- General administration support to the underwriting Team
- Diarize items as requested by underwriting team that needs to be followed up
- Following up of diarized items daily and weekly until tasks completed as required
- Assist with processing and preparation of approved quotations
- Assist with processing and preparation of approved new business policies
- Assist with processing of pre renewals of policies
- Assist with processing of endorsements
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensure filing of closings and schedules according to company procedure
- Basic knowledge and operation of Word and Excel
- Basic insurance knowledge essential
- Basic system operating knowledge essential
- Must have accuracy and high attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- General short term insurance administration
- Must be able to handle pressurized environment
