Job spec

Sales support (landlord outreach, pipeline movement, follow-up strategy) Marketing (positioning, messaging, creating campaigns, social media, SEO) Systems (SOPs, templates, dashboards) AI leverage (using ChatGPT/AI tools to move faster and create better work)
You must be comfortable doing admin work as part of pushing the work forward. The goal is to systemise it so it becomes easier and can be delegated later.

What you'll be doing

Write and send landlord outreach (emails/letters/calls) and manage follow ups Research opportunities and build lead lists (portals, agents, market research) Maintain a clean pipeline and reporting (Excel + CRM discipline) Improve sales messaging and follow-up sequences (sales mindset matters here) Support marketing projects - website revamp, competitor research, brand consistency Build SOPs/templates so we stop repeating the same ineficiencies.

Must-haves

Admin excellence + attention to detail (you don't "kind of" do tracking) Sales mindset - you understand follow ups, objections, urgency, fear of loss Marketing / Advertising experience Strong writing - clear, persuasive, and professional Very good with computers - especially Word + Excel, and AI research Initiative and creativity - you bring ideas, not just tasks Integrity and honesty - own your mistakes, hungry to improve

UK property experience (lettings, HMOs, estate agency, property management) Experience building systems/processes
