We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our UK international campaign. If you're fluent in English, target-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment -- we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for UK-based clients.
Follow campaign scripts and adhere to call Centre protocols.
Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales or service targets.
Accurately update customer records and call outcomes.
Maintain a positive and proactive approach on every call.
Key Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written), with a neutral or international accent.
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months' experience in a call Centre environment (preferred).
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
Comfortable working under pressure in a high-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
