Outworx is looking for Credit Control / Collections Agents for one of UK's leading campaigns.

Job Discription:

The Collections/Retentions Specialist would be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from individuals or businesses to ensure that outstanding debts and payments are collected in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cape Town, CBD. You will be required to work as part of a team and individually to provide support to the relevant department clients, to responsibly manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensuring timely collection of debts while maintaining positive customer relationships, in accordance with company procedures and complaint and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone regarding overdue payments. Negotiate payment plans and settlements to recover outstanding payments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding their accounts. Handle disputes and resolve issues related to billing and payments.

Compliance :

Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Completed and Passed Matric or NQF Level 4 required. Valid South African ID Experience in the UK collections/ sales industry Strong communication skills and active listening skills are necessary Quick thinker with strong ethics and ability to comply with UK regulations Fluent in English, both written and verbal Exceptional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills UK Sales/Collections: 1 year + (Preferred) Call Centre/ BPO: 1 year + (Required) Ability to work rotational shifts and weekends Experience in meeting revenue target will be advantageous

Job type: Permanent:

Guaranteed basic salary

Position will be based in Cape Town CBD.

Pay: R9 000,00 basic salary per month + Commission to be made.
