Job Description


Role purpose:

  • Mpesa HUB WAR Room coordination,
  • HUB incident co-ordination,
  • Problem Management,
  • MPESA HUB user support,
  • Whitepages resource loading
  • User access queries
  • NetIQ TOTP Authentication enrolment
  • CIA Verification campaigns for the MPESA HUB resources
  • MPESA HUB safes and IP's confirmations and validations
  • Data Centre access for engineers and others
  • MPESA HUB and CMDB Recons
  • MPESA HUB CMDB management
Your responsibilities will include:
  • To assist users access administration ( Creation, maintaining)
  • Be the central point of contact for user access related queries & other MPESA HUB related queries
  • Log and follow up on user access issues
  • To compile RCA , record, and track action points identified on RCA
  • Attend Problem or Incident phone call meetings.
  • To co-ordinate resolution of incidents, service request and problems.
  • To assist with User access monthly and quarterly audits
  • Liaise with the MPESA Change Management Office for incidents related to the change process and named user management.
  • Join with the Change Management Office in the MPESA CAB process.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Matric essential
  • B. Degree/Diploma/S4 within the Electrical Engineering /Information Technology /Computer Science/
  • At least 3 Year work experience within Telecommunications - essential
  • At least 3 year working in the NOC essential
