Specific Skills
- Proven experience in a tuckshop, coffeeshop, or similar food service environment
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to cook
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working on your feet in a dynamic setting
- Barista skills are a strong advantage
- Basic Computer skills
- Oversee daily operations across multiple service areas
- Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain accurate stock control and ordering systems
- Help prepare and cook meals suitable for a tuckshop/coffeeshop menu (when needed)
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and manage opening/closing duties
- Operate basic POS system
