Job Description
Our company seeks a Team leader to plan and directs the day-to-day operations of truck fitting bay.Develop new strategies to improve customer service, drive truck Tyre sales and increase profitability.Key Responsibilities
- Exceptions and Escalations: Manage escalated client queries and resolve to client satisfaction.
- Pangolin : Ensure correct paperwork is received once vehicle is done, make sure invoices are to be completed in full before the vehicle leaves the premises.
- Housekeeping / H&S: Ensure adherence to safety and clean SOP's and ensure PPE is used correctly .
- Attitude : Maintain our company Culture and Morale
- Mechanical & Tyre Product experience.
- Matric
- To perform the job successfully
- Work extended hours during the week and Saturdays.
- Clear Crime check record.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram form.
