Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
CASH MANAGEMENT

• Update the estimates on the cash management report
• Assign funding source (overdraft, trade supplier finance, trade debtors finance, money market) to creditors funds request forecast according to funding strategy
• Meeting with Treasury Manager to review cash management report, and discuss funding plans before reporting and giving finance team instructions on funding transfers & drawdowns
• Ensure that current bank accounts are sufficiently funded to meet all obligations forecasted
• Ensure no excess balances at the end of the day by doing review of balances at 14h30 and transferring excess to settle bank facilities & intercompany loans
• Update of all bank dues control books to ensure visibility of real time utilization/availability for cash planning
• Update intercompany loan schedules
• Reconcile loan positions
• Report Bank Facilities Utilization to Singapore
• Work with Treasury Manager on the preparation of weekly funding plan
• 3-way verification of interest expense (SAP vs Bank Report vs Treasury Control)
• Review of Bloan report prepared by Finance team

FOREX BOOK & EXPOSURE

• Update Forex Trades into Treasury Forex Control Workbook
• Reconcile Forex Control vs Bank reports
• Give instructions to SSC team on movement of forex delivery proceeds
• Forex Exposure: Collate reports and prepare variance analysis
• Back up to Assistant Treasury Manager to populate the templates
• Execute Forex Trades below USD 50 000,00 limit
• Review of the MTM calculation done by Finance Team to ensure ties up with Bank reports
• Back up to Assistant Treasury Manager to update AP vs FEC matrix

EXCHANGE CONTROL

• Update Masterfile with Exchange Control Approvals
• Assist to obtain supporting documentation requested by TM to support Exchange Control Applications
• Assist in the execution of annual Exchange Control Approval renewals

BANK ADMINISTRATION

• Ensure that authorized banking access has been communicated to respective Banks via Board Resolution, Mandates, Bank Forms as soon as became aware of changes
• Maintain Banking Access Masterfile UpToDate on SharePoint
• Perform cross checks vs banks records post changes have been requested to ensure that banking access has been updated/removed as per the company's instructions
• Provide Know Your Client (KYC) Documentation.
• Source out Board Resolutions from Company Secretary
• Populate forms to new bank accounts

Minimum Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree Finance/Banking

EXPERIENCE

• + 3 years experience in Finance and Treasury department.
• Multinational trading environment is preferable

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Good understanding of Cash/Liquidity Management, financial markets, financial instruments,
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages
• Proficiency in SAP advantage
• Analytical Skills
• Reporting skills
• Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple parties.
