A family is looking for a TRAVELLING HOME SCHOOL TEACHER for their Grade 6 and Grade R

Duties:

Family have recently relocated from USA back to SA. Tutoring the Grade 6 and Grade R in an IEB based curriculum. The Grade 6 does English, Afrikaans, Maths, Social Science, Science and Bible Study. Candidate will be required to teach and tutor in all subjects for both age groups, ensure concepts are grasped, content is understood and submitted as needed. Candidate will need to fulfill the teaching duties within South Africa and wherever the kids may travel.

Start date:

January 2026 start - permanent contract

Salary:

R15 000 - R16 000 per month (gross, before deductions). Candidates that are traveling from JHB to Vereeniging will be provided with a travel allowance of R3000 per month to get to and from work.

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
