We are looking for an exceptional Travel Support Specialist to join our team. The purpose of this role is to provide meticulous administrative support to our Travel Consultants, ensuring they can focus on what they do best - delivering unforgettable client experiences. You are the custodian of precision and you safeguard quality in support of building our legacy.



What You'll Do:



Respond to lead warming enquiries Prepare accurate quotes Confirm services with suppliers Upload and cross-check invoices to costings Create supplier payment tasks Prepare final travel documents & vouchers Assist with restaurant, activities and day-tour bookings Proactively identify and flag potential itinerary or documentation oversight Fulfill emergency phone responsibilities Complete all product knowledge training Attend supplier presentations.

What We're Looking For:



A National Senior Certificate/Matric 2 years experience in a Sales Administrative role in the Tourism Sector Based in Cape Town Fluent in speaking and writing in the German language Great communication skills Willingness and drive to learn Excellent problem-solving skills High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
