Transport Coordinator - KlerksdorpDutiesInform problem/issues to the relevant department or transportersEnsure scanning issues are resolved on NimbusEnsure that communication is maintained with all transporters and staffCoordinate, monitor and record all communication from various sitesCreate and maintain register on all issues per site, transporter, FEL downtimes, etc.Report to coal ops on extended waiting periods at the port, weighbridges, mines, etc.Be the first contact in case of emergenciesInform relevant key stakeholders within the company of emergenciesEnsure ticket system is maintained and updated at all timesQualificationsA Grade 12 (Matric)Tertiary qualification is preferred2years experience in a logistics or transportation environmentStrong computer skills and knowledge of logistics software systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong computer literacy skillsAbility to work shiftsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: R20,000.00 per month
