Job Description

Role: Training Venue Coordinator
Location: Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
What youll do:

  • Coordinate all logistics for international training groups, including accommodation, catering, and cleaning.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the training venue.
  • Oversee caterers and service providers, ensuring standards and delivery expectations are met.
  • Handle stock control, purchases, and supplier sourcing for each training block.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all operational needs during training events.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for trainees and guests.
Working Hours:
  • During training blocks: Availability required 24/7
  • Outside of training blocks: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in guesthouse management, event coordination, or restaurant/hospitality management preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and people management abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Valid drivers license and own transport advantageous.
