Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing training or skills development project within and educational or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies relevant to education and training services.
  • Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial monitoring.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing diverse teams of staff and students.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to draft, implement, and monitor detailed project plans.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of relevant education policies, accreditation standards and funding processes.
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience
