Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Governance
- Managed a comprehensive training project planaligned to the system rollout strategy.
- Define scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Manage risks, issues, and change controls.
- Provide executive-level updates.
- Ensure LMS setup, user access, and tracking mechanisms are operational.
- Manage online session delivery across all provinces.
- Travel nationally to support critical rollout phases
- Track training participation and completion rates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (where applicable in finance industry).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma
- Project Management Certification highly advantageous.
- 1+ years' experience in:
- Project management of national rollouts
- System implementation projects
- Financial services environment
- Learning & Development programme management
- Proven track record of managing multi-province / national projects.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker
- Strong leadership presence
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- High accountability
- Strong risk management capability
- Organised and deadline-driven
- Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Extensive travel across all provinces required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Own reliable transport preferred.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during rollout phases.
- 6 months (Aligned to system implementation timeline)
- Salary 25k to 30k
