Training Officer Milling Industry
Job Description
My client is seeking a Training Officer to support a dynamic team. If you are an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and fulfill within the requirements below we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
Provide SOP training to help build a skilled, safety-conscious and high performing workforce
Conduct training needs assessments within production department
Provide the necessary guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ease new hires into their function
Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions focused on milling operations, foods safety, quality standards and workplace safety
Qualifications:
National Certificate or equivalent to
NQF 4 SAGMA or GMF Accredited qualification
5 years minimum Miller s experience
Valid RSA driver s license with own transport
Strong communication skills in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho are highly desirable
