A driven and innovative business consulting company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Manager to lead the operational delivery of the company's learning journeys. You'll work closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure every element of the journey, from scheduling and logistics to communications and reporting,is executed with excellence. This role benefits from strong project management capabilities, with a clear focus on executing the programme once the design is complete. While you won't be expected to create learning materials, you will support with content coordination, such as managing version control, tracking material readiness, and aligning timelines with delivery milestones.
This position is hybrid, 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (8am - 5pm - week days) in Centurion.
You'll take ownership of delivery across multiple cohorts and formats (virtual, in-person, blended), ensuring clear plans, repeatable systems, and strong documentation so that others can easily step in if needed. From day one, you'll operate in a client-facing and internal-facing capacity, and will also have the opportunity to support junior team members and help drive consistent delivery practices across the team.
