Monyetla Services requires the service of an experienced Training Facilitator to join their team.
Functions / Responsibilities
Design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and interventions aligned with organizational needs.
Facilitate Health and Safety-related training programs, ensuring compliance with local legislation and best practices.
Conduct skills gap analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored learning solutions.
Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with adult learning principles.
Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Training Facilitator or similar role.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a deep understanding of adult learning theories.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Moodle, etc.).
Previous experience in the Health and Safety field (training and development focus).
Familiarity with South African labour laws and OHS standards.
Experience in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and evaluating training effectiveness.
ETDP or related qualification.
