Trainee Boiler Training Officer
Location: Northern Suburbs

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 + Boiler Attendance Certificate
- Valid drivers licence
- 3-5 years as a Boiler Operator
- Computer literacy
- Fluent in English (a third language is a plus!)
- Design, update, and deliver engaging training programs for boiler operators.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and compile professional reports.
- Identify industry training needs and tailor solutions that add real value.
- Actively promote and market training courses, growing both awareness and attendance.
- Maintain training facilities, ensuring equipment and environments meet top standards.
- Stay ahead by keeping up to date with the latest products and developments.
- Professional, presentable, and confident in communication
- Able to connect with trainees and customers at all levels
- Strong technical insight and the ability to work independently under pressure
