JOB TITLE Training Officer
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Market Development
Customer Relations.
Training and Distributor/ Team development.
SPECIFIC SKILLS & ABILITIES
At least one years experience in education or related field
Previous experience in a Network marketing environment is preferred.
Good Interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work across team
Able to align customer needs to business requirements.
Communicating with customers effectively.
Capable to work independently and under pressure. .
u University graduate or Diploma in Education or related fields
u Min 2 - 5 years experience in Education/ Training related environment
u Self motivated individuals with strong communication ability.
u Ability to conduct Training to individuals as well as groups.
u Knowledge of health care products.
u Willing to travel and work extended hours
u Well presented with good teamwork skills
u Divers License essential
u Computer literacy and Proficiency in MS Office software essential
u Proficiency in English and Zulu
