Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Training Officer with strong knowledge of mining equipment to join their team in Johannesburg.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in training, specifically within the mining equipment environment
- Strong understanding of safety standards, operational procedures, and equipment handling
- Ability to develop and deliver both practical and theoretical training
- Willingness to travel from time to time as required
- Train technical staff on mining equipment and safe operating practices
- Develop training materials, manuals, and competency assessments
- Conduct on-site and classroom training sessions
- Ensure training compliance with company and industry standards
- Provide ongoing support and evaluate trainee performance
Requirements:
- Matric (compulsory)
- Minimum of 4 years' experience with mining equipment
- Relevant qualifications
- Willing to travel
- Valid drivers' license and own car
