Responsibilities:

Provide SOP training to help build a skilled, safety-conscious and high-performing workforce.
Conduct training needs assessments within production department.
Provide the necessary guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ease new hires into their function.
Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions focused on milling operations, food safety, quality standards and workplace safety.

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
SAGMA of GMF Accredited qualification.
15 years minimum Miller's experience.
Valid RSA driver's license with own transport.
Strong communication skills in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho are highly desirable.
