Job Summary

Conduct theoretical and practical security training
Training administration including accurate record keeping
Conducting of SASSETA, PSIRA, and in-house training programs
Encourage a strong sense of discipline amongst BPC Security Officers,
Ensure training interventions as required by legislation and the relevant control bodies

Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Registered grade A PSIRA instructor
SASSETA registered assessor and moderator
PFTC registered firearm instructor for business purposes - Handgun, Rifle and Shotgun
Registered National Key Point instructor
Knowledge and understanding of the relevant legislation
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a security training department
Ability to work as a team
Must be able to work weekends when required
Residence close to the training centre would be advantageous
Must be prepared to travel as and when required
Own vehicle, Driver's License and PDP
Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
