Job Description

Training Co-Ordination and Admin



Coordinate training plans and schedules in line with production and operational requirements.

Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, on-job training, assessment results, and competency signoffs.

Update and maintain skills matrices and training trackers.

Prepare training evidence and documentation for audits and inspections.

Support the Learning and Development Manager in continuous improvement of training systems and learning management processes.

Ensure training evidence meets audit and compliance standards.

Projects



Support the rollout and coordination of accredited learnership programmes approved by QCTO.

Assist with adhoc projects and tasks as and when required.

Training



Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and blended learning interventions.

Deliver company-specific technical, operational, safety, quality, and systems training.

Conduct induction and onboarding programmes for new employees.

Facilitate refresher, upskilling, multiskilling, and cross-functional training.

Apply learning principles and adapt facilitation techniques to suit diverse learner groups.

Conduct formative and summative assessments where applicable.

Support workplace observations, coaching, and competency signoffs.

Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Identify skills gaps and propose corrective and developmental training interventions.

Learning material development and SME collaboration



Review, structure, standardize, and simplify training content for effective learning.

Support development of SOP-based training, Work Instructions, One Point Lessons (OPLs), and assessments.

Ensure training material aligns with SHEQ, quality, operational, and company standards.

Engage with Production, Converting, Supply Chain, Maintenance, SHEQ, Quality, HR, Finance, and Systems teams.

Support supervisors and managers with coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job skills development.

Promote a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R30000,00 - R40000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
