Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all modules for the Plant Production Learnership
Prepare and manage the learning environment
Conduct and evaluate assessments
Support learners with POEs and documentation
Maintain training schedules, records, and reports
Manage classroom delivery and learner engagement
Compile course evaluations and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science or Plant Production Diploma (NQF Level 6 or equivalent)
Registered AgriSETA Assessor
Proven facilitation and assessment experience
Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Fluency in
English and african language

Pay: R15000,00 per month
