Training Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter, organised and hardworking individual who is willing to learn & contribute to the success of the team. Working as part of our Training / Logistics team, this role focuses on administration of all duties and tasks contributing to the efficient and effective running of all courses. We seek an individual who can work under pressure & deal with multiple queries & tasks daily.

DUTIES:



Assisting customers with incoming queries in respect to examinations, course attendance, bookings, etc.

Advising customers with their course selection and/or guidance on follow up courses to attend

Liaising with registered customers throughout their journey from confirmation of attendance, dietary requirements, joining instructions and all relevant information for their course

Proctoring exams where necessary

Order online exams and coordinate onsite exam bookings

Deal with customer complaints identified in the evaluation form

Book, setup & maintain training rooms

Ensure catering is timeously ordered & delivered. Adhere to dietary requirements of delegates

Ensure the training caterer(s) deliver high quality products

Assisting with any administrative queries by and from trainers & management

Assist with ad hoc activities in Education and Logistics including Stationery Ordering and Management

Confirming and submitting book orders and ensuring all relevant data is captured

Release Delegate exam results and certificate

Monthly reporting on all courses & attendance, performance, etc

Monthly reporting on course evaluations

Prepare & review all supporting Training Materials

Maintain & update Learner Management Platform with accurate course information

Maintain and Manage the Public Course Schedule

Update Course Schedule on Learner Management System along with any price related updates

Assisting with preparing course materials where needed

Assist with Trainer Accreditation and Examination Institute scope extension

Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance

Ensure a culture and attitude of continuous improvement is applied to all daily, weekly and monthly tasks

Manage the QMS SharePoint Site

Assist with submitting and/or capturing invoices from printers and caterers

Assist with Travel bookings including flights, forex, car hire and visas etc.

Follow all departmental standards and processes

Manage relationships with other Pink Elephant branches, accreditation bodies and partners globally

Maintain, Manage & Administrate all requests pertaining to the Self-Paced Online training portal

Nurture and maintain relationships with all trainers and associate trainers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



Matric

Computer Literate

Excellent communication skills

Excellent telephone etiquette

Previous customer service experience

Must know MS Products e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
