Training Administrator

Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  • Certificate or Diploma in HR, Training Administration, Office Administration, or similar (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms (Moodle preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience & Requirements:
  • 23 years experience in training administration or HR/operational administration.
  • Experience in compliance-driven environments.
  • Exposure to transport or logistics industries will be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers, and learner attendance.
  • Maintain accurate training records on the LMS and HR systems.
  • Track mandatory and compliance training and manage renewals.
  • Prepare monthly training reports and dashboards.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to trainers and learners.
