International Call Group is seeking an experienced and motivated
Call Centre Trainer
to train, coach, and develop telesales agents to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver
new hire and refresher training
for telesales agents
Coach agents on
sales techniques, objections handling, and product knowledge
Monitor agent performance and provide
ongoing feedback and support
Conduct
call listening, role plays, and assessments
Work closely with Operations, QA, and Team Leaders to improve results
Ensure training materials are
up to date and aligned with campaign requirements
Proven telesales experience
Previous experience as a Sales Trainer
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Trainer
in a call centre environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to motivate and develop agents
Target-driven and results-focused
Professional, confident, and organised
